I just have no interest in the majority of the DA community anymore, and feel I have no reason to watch heavy eyelined and bloodsoaked fat-girls (shot from a high angle so you can see their cleavage) be heralded as 'fashion' and 'artwork'. Watching creative teens pour their hearts into a project for a shitty camera (here's a prize - PAY the artist for their work! I wonder how much I could, as a company, profit if I had tens of thousands of people who don't know any better working under me for iPods?).
I feel I've outgrown this community (present company excluded, including those who stopped by here regularily and I know you by your avatars) and can't remember why I continued posting here in the first place - it seems likely I'll be shooting as a fashion photographer's understudy in Toronto this year, and doubt I'll have time to visit, (...and get pissed off at the Daily Favourites in the photography section, and leave again) Those who need to reach me have my MSN or can msg me for it. Adios.
